So first you apply online, then a recruiter gives you a call to screen you. If that goes well, you'll have a first interview, which might be behavioral or technical depending on the job. Sometimes they'll give you an assessment or a case study to check how you solve problems. If you pass that, you'll do a final interview with the hiring manager or a panel. After they decide, they'll make an offer and then do background checks before you start.

I set up my interview over the phone. I had two interviews on different dates. The first interview was with human resources and was very general, no difficult questions. The second interview was with one of the engineering managers who gave me a tour of the facility. After the tour we discussed the particulars of the position in his office. Again there were no difficult questions. I would recommend asking questions about the manufacturing processes and relate aspects of the position to your past work experiences.

It was the funniest interview I've ever experienced! There were a lot of really silly questions. I'm not sure what to make of it, but it was entertaining. Afterwards, we took a tour and I saw the actual problems of a very old plant with tons of maintenance issues.
