It was easy and ran smoothly. The person interviewing me was nice and made it a good experience. They let me ask my questions at the end. Then there were phone interviews. I got a job offer pretty quickly, within a couple of days.

We'll start with a phone interview, then a chat with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview. If you get an offer and accept, we'll begin the background check, which can take a bit since we need to check references and past employers. Once everything clears, a recruiter will contact you with your start date.

The interview process seemed friendly at first, but once you're in, things change fast. I saw co-workers who were unhappy due to long hours and low pay. One co-worker had to get a part-time job and tragically had a severe accident on his way home, leading to months in the hospital. This raises concerns about the work environment and its impact on happiness, potentially making even the nicest person unhappy. Initially, during training, they make it seem like you'll have a great situation. However, once they switch you to a "day rate" payment structure, the reality of the pay becomes apparent and it's difficult to manage bills. It makes you question if this is a place you'd want to work given these circumstances.
