Customer Service Representative
Met with 2 supervisors on-site. The interview process was pretty simple and went smoothly. They asked standard interview questions, and I got to ask mine at the end. It all wrapped up in about 2 weeks, and I got the job offer by email.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to handle a challenging customer?
Customer Service Representative
I first applied online, and about three weeks later, I was contacted to come in for an interview the very next day. When I got there, I filled out an application and then had the interview. The office manager was super nice and helpful, and the interview mostly consisted of behavioral questions about my past work experiences. It wasn't too challenging. They mentioned I'd hear back by the end of the week about whether I got the job.
- Tell me about a situation where you went the extra mile.
- Can you recall a time you had to deliver unwelcome news to a customer?
- Describe a difficult situation you encountered at work and how you handled it.
Customer Service Representative
I worked with a staffing agency that handled the initial interviews. They did a phone screen and then an in-person interview. After that, I had to take some computer tests covering Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. My first role was a temporary position helping with a specific project. Once that project was finished, I was offered a permanent position following a one-on-one interview.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What qualities do you possess that make you a strong candidate for this position?
