It was a very chill and casual interview. I met with the ADC, Finance Manager, head of HR, and General Manager, all from the business unit. They asked me a couple of questions, I went over my resume, and then we talked about job-related stuff. It was about 2 hours long.

The interview process for this role really depends on the specific Division Controller for the Business Unit you're applying to. They have a lot of leeway in how they conduct interviews. It might be formal or informal, but usually it's more laid-back. The reporting structure can also differ between business units, with some division accountants reporting to an Assistant Division Controller and others reporting straight to the Division Controller. Definitely ask who your supervisor would be during the interview.
