First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Republic Services.
Account Executive
I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter. After that, there was a Teams interview with the Sales Manager, and then a ride along. I really liked the team, but they never got back to me after that. I haven't heard anything. I followed up via email, and they said they were still interviewing people. That was two weeks ago. It's really disappointing because the people seemed great. I guess that's just how the corporate world is.
- How would you move from your present job to this position?
Account Executive
I submitted my resume online and filled out the Workday application. Within a week, Terresa, a corporate recruiter from Republic Services, contacted me to schedule an interview. She gave me helpful guidance and insights into different business areas, including other openings. This was great because I could apply for other roles that were a better fit for my skills. I had two interviews within a week, and then got an offer. The whole process was very smooth and fast!
- Can you introduce yourself?
