The interview was pretty simple and straightforward. They were looking for good grades and an engineering mindset. Doing well in BMT or NS is a must. They also asked if I'd be okay with working shifts and if I'm alright with being deployed overseas.

The interview process was rigorous, and they like to ask questions to make you uncomfortable and stressed out. Questions are relevant, and you should be prepared for them anyway, there is usually a psychologist there too that will ask personal questions so just take note of that but overall, preparation is the most important and you should have some template answers prepared for why you want to join and why you choose UAV over Pilot.
