I had an initial screening call, followed by three more interviews over video. They took two hours of my time, and then I just got ghosted. They never got back to me. It's pretty disappointing from a company that talks so much about its 'culture'.

After submitting my resume, I had two interviews. The first was with the head of Partnership, and the second was with a senior developer. It was a pretty standard interview process, covering my experience, how I approach problems, my analytical skills, and if I'd be a good culture fit.

I had a screening call with a very professional interviewer who asked typical questions like tell me about yourself, strengths, and weaknesses. They also asked about how I implement processes and work on projects. Unfortunately, they didn't move forward after the first call. The only downside was that the interviewer was a contractor and couldn't answer some of my questions at the end.

It was a pretty straightforward process, but I don't recommend it because of poor communication and scheduling issues with the team. I made it to the final round and then they just ghosted me, so it was a waste of my time and effort.
