The recruiter got back to me pretty fast after they saw my resume. I think the recruiter is pretty new, but they said a lot of good things about the company. It's still a small company, but they do allow remote work.

The interview process was a big waste of time. There were three phone calls and two in-person interviews spanning two months, making it five total interviews. I even flew to their New York office during my vacation in January to meet with the VP because the recruiter, P.R., said it would speed things up and I could get a job offer by the end of the month. However, I didn't get an offer and they never even sent a rejection email. I found out later they hired someone else in February. After five interviews, I felt I deserved some communication about their decision. It seems like a company that doesn't mind wasting people's time. I'm kind of glad I didn't end up there though, as the LA team seemed disorganized and unsure of what they needed, being only a two-person team at the time. Also, I was put off by being interviewed by someone with only eight months of work experience, fresh out of college. The pay also didn't seem great for the responsibilities. I regret the hours spent preparing and interviewing with them.

HR reached out initially for a questionnaire and a math assessment, which was pretty basic. A few days later, an HR rep called for an introductory chat. Turns out it wasn't for the job I applied for, but maybe based on the questionnaire. We figured out it wasn't a good fit, so she said she'd contact me if something else opened up. A week later, the job I originally applied for surprisingly became available. Since I'm out of state, I had a FaceTime interview with people from two different teams, and it went well. A few days after that, I got an offer and was asked to start 10 days later, but I managed to push it back. The HR rep from IPG was a bit tough, but everyone else at the company was great.

I applied for two jobs. The first one was just a phone call, and I never got any response even though I tried to contact the recruiter multiple times. The second job had a phone interview and then an in-person interview at the office in Birmingham, MI. The recruiter in New York was surprised they didn't get back to me the first time. They said it might take a couple of weeks to hear back after the in-person interview. I still haven't heard back after more than a month, despite trying to contact them multiple times.
