Researcher
The interview process for a researcher role happened in early 2020 and late 2021. The first time, after applying, I had at least two interviews, the second with 4 or 5 team members. I also completed a 90-minute task, which I felt I did very well on. They didn't offer me the job, but told me 11 days later. The second time in 2021, they reached out to me for a 2-month contract. I was desperate and excited. They interviewed me again and gave me another task, even though I did well on the previous one. Then they ghosted me, which was a waste of my time.

Coordinator
The process started with a phone screen, interview then a timed exercise then another interview. It was a lengthy process but I guess to be expected for the industry. I was told it was on hold due to internal changes, eventually they restarted the interview process and suggested I apply for a similar role. After several weeks I was rejected from the role. No feedback as to why especially considering the change in process a few times. I will suggest they streamline their process and also maintain communication with candidates.

Project Manager
I applied for a role that involved managing one of their campaign programs, and the whole thing took about a month. First, I sent in my cover letter and resume, then I chatted with the hiring manager. This call was about an hour long, and during it, I could tell they were looking for someone with specific experience I didn't have. The interviewer did say there was a good amount to learn on the job, though. After that, there was a two-hour skills test where I had to analyze a hypothetical situation and suggest specific steps. I did that, got it in on time, and then ten days later, I got a super short email saying I didn't make it. I tried to get some feedback, but no one got back to me, and eventually, they posted the job again. On the plus side, the interviewer was nice and actually talked about how my resume fit the job, unlike some interviews that just ask HR stuff. But, I was pretty bummed by how it just ended so abruptly, especially after putting in so much work and getting no feedback at all.

Human Resources Associate
The hiring process was quick, fair, and transparent. The people I interviewed with were nice, communicated well, and asked thoughtful questions and gave good responses. I had a phone chat, then met with a small group of people.
