The interview process was simple and fast: I spoke with HR, the hiring manager, and then a panel before getting an offer. The talent acquisition specialist was very helpful. It was a great overall experience with fast decisions.

Behavioral

I went through a phone screen first, then an in-person interview with the hiring manager and the VP of the department. The VP showed up 20 minutes late and mainly asked about why I left my previous jobs. For a Director position, you'd expect more strategic questions from someone at that level. They didn't ask anything about my background or experience for the role. I never heard back.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was easy and straightforward. There were two stages of interviews and they worked quite quickly with a fast turnaround time for feedback. Good benefits too. I interviewed via a recruiter agent. They did mention it would be a small team and a niche environment to work within.

The interview was short, interesting, and pleasant due to the company's nature. It lasted no more than 30 minutes and included some technical questions, so be ready for those. Other than that, it was mainly questions about yourself and your motivations. Overall, a very nice process.
