The interview process was pretty standard. First, I had a phone call with the recruiter. They asked me some personal questions to see if I'd be a good fit for the job. After that, I had a second interview in person with one of the executives. During that meeting, they asked more detailed questions about my background and how I approach my work.

The interview process was smooth and fast. I had three interviews in total, which included the initial screening with HR. Communication was good throughout the entire experience. They gave a clear description of the job, and it met my expectations.

I had a call with the Sr Recruiter. She said my background was solid and she'd recommend me to the Hiring Manager. She was going on vacation the next week but said she'd follow up before she left. She hinted I'd meet the Hiring Manager. I followed up via email a week later and got ghosted. The job was re-posted on LinkedIn two days after my follow-up. It was unprofessional not to reply.

The interviewer was late, so much so that I was about to send an email to reschedule. The call only lasted 8 minutes because she was in a rush and had another call right after. She immediately asked about my salary expectations, which were already listed on my LinkedIn and application, and then told me it was too high for their budget. It was very unprofessional and disappointing for a company that's considered a Top Fast 40 company here in GA.
