First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Renu Energy Solutions.
Office Administrator
It was a straightforward interview. The people seemed friendly, but they weren't offering what I was looking for. The workplace itself appeared to be a fun environment. Everyone was really welcoming and warm. The owner was present, and it looks like they're very involved in the business.
- Could you explain your interest in this role?
Inside Sales Representative
Started with an email from a recruiter to set up a quick 15-minute initial phone call. This call was mainly to talk about the role and see if I was interested. After that, I had to complete a questionnaire they sent over. The day after I finished it, they invited me for an in-person interview. The on-site involved a tour, then I met with two inside sales people, shadowed another rep, and finally debriefed with the inside sales manager. I got a call a day or two later about a final interview. This one had me meeting two outside sales team members, then the owner. Later that same day, the Sales Manager and Owner called to offer me the job.
- What are your career aspirations for your next role?
- Why are you interested in Renu and the solar industry?
- How do you approach achieving weekly quotas and goals?
Site Surveyor
I had two interviews that seemed to go well, but then I never heard back from them. I thought it was pretty unprofessional to not even let me know I wasn't chosen for the job.
- Are you willing to work overtime?
