Quality Assurance Engineer
It was awesome and nice. I gained more experience. In everything we do, we work to one aim: to make digital experiences which are effortless and secure. So we organize ourselves around three principles: engineer, protect, and operate. We engineer simple solutions, we protect our customers, and we operate smarter.
- Can you explain OOPS concepts, particularly overloading and overriding?
Software Engineer
The interview process had 4 rounds. The first was a coding challenge on hackerrank, a simple heap problem. Then there was a technical interview where we talked about my resume projects. After that, an HR interview about Rently's work culture. Finally, I had an interview with the MD.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
- Can you explain what binary search is?
- What is dynamic programming?
Customer Service Representative
Everything went out peaceful. Where as very big concern is this company does the interview only at night. So, persons working at morning shift it's would be little difficult. Also the first company where I saw , a candidate has passed HR round and Managerial round and where as after salary discuss in final round(They tried to negotiate and told will get back with best we could do). Later rejected as English Communication should be better. Very pathetic. If package is the problem then should be told directly. Also , i hope communication and Ascent would be checked in first two round my previous interviewers.
- Could you tell us about yourself?
- Can you describe the job description of your previous employment?
Customer Success Manager
It was a fast process. I had a recruiter call, then two video interviews with the team I'd be working with. After I got the offer, I was told I'd start in about 3 weeks. But 4 days before my start date, they told me the job wasn't remote anymore and I had to be in the office by the end of the month, which was risky with Covid cases going up. I emailed the recruiter about my concerns but got no reply. This lack of communication made me feel like it wouldn't be a good work environment. As someone who signed paperwork, I expected a response or at least an official offer rescission. My time and other job offers were disregarded.
- Tell me about your experience with customers.
