The interview process was very chill, which is unusual these days. The recruiter was really communicative and kept me in the loop the whole time. The hiring team was fast and clear about what they wanted. The whole experience was pretty refreshing and simple.

I got referred and the process was pretty straightforward. I talked about my background and what I could offer the company. I met my direct supervisor and then his manager, and I was hired in about a week.

First, you apply, and we check if you followed instructions. If you did, we'll call you in for an interview at the office. It's a group interview where managers take turns asking questions. Then, you can ask questions. After everyone leaves, we see who followed the instructions from the interview. For those who did and we liked their interview, we'll ask them to start training with us.

I met with the broker and we talked about the company, my experience in Property Management, and my career goals. It was a pretty casual and informal chat in a comfortable setting. The broker wanted to confirm that the company strictly adheres to all laws and regulations, and that I understood and agreed with this. Everything was very transparent and above board.
