Project Engineer
I was interviewed at my college campus in Lubbock back in December 2016. Lots of open questions and the staff was super friendly. It took about two weeks to get the offer. This company is a good place to start a career for sure, you get great experience.
- Are you an American citizen?
Vice President
I was first contacted and interviewed by a search firm. After that, I had a video conference with the company's HR VP. This was followed by a phone call with the group head, and then the CEO. Later, I flew to LA for a meeting with the group head again, and then with the CEO.
- How well do you know this company?
- How familiar are you with our technologies?
- Tell me about your plan for executing your role and achieving goals.
Project Manager
It's usually a phone call. I get to talk about my past jobs, what I've done, my skills, and my qualifications. I also get to talk about what I'm aiming for. The interviewer will tell me about what the company offers, like its culture, chances to move up, and benefits. They usually ask a question about how I'd handle a work situation.
- On a scale of 1 to 10, how skilled are you with Revit software?
Social Media Manager
Had a quick screening call about my background and experience. It was about 10 minutes. They wanted to know if I had experience with an agency or company before since I'm a freelancer.
- Can you tell me about your background in social media?
- What experience do you have working with an agency or company, given that you are a freelancer?
