First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Renovo Financial.
Guest Services Associate
I started with a screen call with the recruiter, then had a virtual interview with the hiring manager, and then an in-person interview that lasted an hour and a half with the hiring manager again, and 2 other people. I didn't get an offer and they didn't give me feedback when I asked.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a challenging customer?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- How would you describe what constitutes a successful day on the job?
Operations Manager
I had an interview with the CHRO for this role. Near the end, I asked her if anything about my background gave her pause. She said she doesn't like to answer that question, then wished me good luck and said it was nice talking to me. Super awkward, honestly. Hope they find their person.
- What is your understanding of real estate?
- What is unique or noteworthy about Renovo?
Asset Manager
Applied online and got a call within days for a phone screen. Then had an in-person with one person, who I think was the person leaving the role. After that, there was a final interview with at least three people. This was for an entry-level asset manager job.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
- What is your educational background?
- There was a computerized personality test.
Post Closing
I interviewed over zoom for a Post Closing role. It was a typical interview for that position. We talked about my experience with commercial loans. They also discussed the role itself, mentioning it would start as full-time in the office but could later shift to a hybrid arrangement.
- Could you tell me about your experience with commercial loans?
