First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Renogy.
Manager
So it was a 3 stages interview and took about a month to hire. First, I talked with the hiring manager and the marketing director. Then, I had a second interview with the CMO. Lastly, HR interviewed me.
- Can you share something about yourself that isn't on your resume?
Marketing Writer
I was invited to their office in Suzhou, China, and they covered all my travel expenses. They gave a really good and experienced introduction to their company history and products. The interview was with the founder & CEO and was very relaxed.
- What are your predictions for the future applications of solar panels in the coming decade or two?
Sales Support
The whole thing was pretty simple. Took about 30 min. The person interviewing me was cool and asked all the stuff I needed to know to do well here, like about my past work and what I want career-wise.
- What makes you want this role and this company?
- What's your background and experience?
- What are your career aspirations?
Technical Account Manager
I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and HR. They were interested in my experience providing technical support for off-grid solar system design and handling after-sales services. The interviewers were very professional, and the process was clearly laid out.
- Could you describe your previous work experience, particularly in technical support for off-grid solar systems and after-sales service?
