It was a super chill one-on-one chat. We mostly just talked about my past jobs and when I could work. Just make sure you get there on time, dress appropriately, and be yourself. ROC is pretty big, so figure out where you need to go before you arrive.

It was a multi-step interview process that was quite prolonged due to some documentation issues on ROC's end. The salary they offered was quite low, not at all in line with the market rate. I was also informed that the surgeon expected approximately 10 hours of unpaid overtime each week. When the offer was extended, I proposed a modest counter-offer, requesting a $5K increase in my annual salary, which would have still kept my salary below the market standard. ROC's response was to completely withdraw their offer. I was taken aback by their disrespectful handling of the situation.

Started with a phone screen, then had a group interview with HR and department managers. They asked a bunch of questions about my personality and experience. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. After that, they showed me around the department and I talked one-on-one with the department manager.

The interview process was great. It was fully remote and the interviewer was friendly. They explained everything about the job and answered all my questions thoroughly. I had to decline because I took another job in a different state for personal reasons.
