I had an hour and a half interview with three groups of people. It was mostly based on my resume and personal experience, and the rest was behavioral questions. The people were nice but never got back to me. It’s March now and I interviewed in October. I assumed I didn’t get the job but at least have the courtesy to give me a formal response. I’ve sent numerous follow ups with no reply and it’s absolutely unacceptable for such a large company. Honestly makes me question if it was even worth my time to interview with them.

Applied online. It's kinda like an investment banking interview. Had a phone screen with an analyst and then an interview at their office (video for me since I'm not local). Nice team. It was about 70% behavioral with some technicals to check if you know your stuff. Not too hard if you've prepped or have IB experience.

The first interview was a teleconference as I wasn't located in Iowa. The HR person was really helpful and did 2 practice calls to test the sound before the actual interview. There were 4 interviewers, and they were all really friendly. They introduced themselves before asking questions. Checking their LinkedIn profiles beforehand could help add more to the conversation.

The interview process was about an hour long and not too difficult. It involved three people who are involved in your work. One person focused on behavioral questions, another on technical aspects, and the third conducted a mixed interview, about half behavioral and half technical.
