It was pretty easy, they just looked at my previous experience and how I communicate. You can definitely crack it if you prepare well. It's a good fit for folks who don't mind working in hot environments and are okay with rotating shifts. Your career growth depends on which department you end up in.

A women-specific drive happened over the weekend, inviting many women, including myself. My interview process consisted of 4 rounds: 2 technical, 1 managerial, and 1 fitment, all on the same day. The interview went well, and I answered all questions. No lunch was provided, and there were over 15 people. I mentioned my ECTC, and they said they'd contact me the following week. I've followed up with HR 3-4 times now, and it's been 6-7 weeks since the interview with no response. It's frustrating to travel for over 2 hours, spending time and energy, only to not receive a response, positive or negative. This lack of communication is very disappointing.

I also had to discuss all the workshops mentioned on my resume and detail the projects I've built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A detailed explanation of my final year project was also required. Following that, there was an HR round where I was asked about my self-introduction, weaknesses, and strengths.
