The third stage involves meeting another team member. I found the interview through a recruiter, so I'm not sure if that's a typical way to get an interview.

The interview process had three parts. First, a 30-minute screening with the team manager. It was pretty tough because they asked about a lot of different things, and I didn't know all the answers. Second, there was a one-hour technical screening on CoderPad, which wasn't too difficult. Third, I had two 30-minute sessions, one with HR and another with the head of technology. It felt intense but was quite interesting.

It was a video interview. The interviewer seemed distracted by family stuff and deliveries, but we still had a good talk. He said he'd share notes and they'd decide soon. Turns out, his personal emergency delayed the notes for a week, and they basically said 'nice chat, but we're moving on.' I got the feeling he had a specific team in mind for me. I'm not sure about the company's overall culture, but this interview made it seem disorganized and chaotic.

The interview had about 5 HR people interviewing me. They asked different questions, some were basic like 'tell me about yourself' and 'strengths and weaknesses', and others were more about situations like 'what would you do if ...'. It was a good experience overall. I'd suggest getting ready with answers and looking into the company and your reasons for wanting to work there.
