Behavioral Case Presentation

The process was long and had many steps, and honestly, it felt pretty unprofessional. It started with HR for a basic screening, then I talked to the hiring manager. After that, I was passed along to a panel of two senior leaders, then met with the CPO/CTO. The final step involved a project, which I wasn't willing to do for free. At that point, they just ghosted me and I never heard back.

The process involved a phone screen, then an interview with 2 managers. The screening was mostly standard questions, while the second interview was more conversational. The whole thing took about 3-4 weeks. Mostly we talked about my experience and how I'd handle certain situations.

Technical Behavioral Other

I went through a 2-month interview process that started with a phone screen. After that, there were 6 online interviews with different leaders, executives, and the CEO. I also had to complete a Kolbe assessment. Even after the CEO interview, I didn't hear back for 3 weeks. I followed up several times with the recruiter and the CEO, but got no response. The recruiter eventually said they chose other candidates. While I respect the decision, the lack of communication was pretty unprofessional, especially after I got so far.

Behavioral Technical

It was a screening phone interview with HR for about 15 minutes to go over my resume and background. Then there was a video interview with the hiring manager that lasted about an hour with a more in-depth discussion. They didn't end up giving me an offer or a rejection, and they didn't get back to me when I followed up.
