Behavioral Presentation

It was long and drawn out for no reason at all. Its all ego-driven. They make you go through like 4 interviews. It's like you interview with everyone in the company, it's crazy.

I first got a call from a recruiter and we chatted on the phone. She asked about my sales background and if I hit my kpis. Then, I set up another interview. The second one was over zoom with a regional manager. They asked more about my sales record and hitting metrics in past jobs. It was kinda weird, I was the only one with my camera on. They also focused on how I'd handle working with doctors and nurses since I'm not from the medical field.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a phone interview that lasted about an hour. Then, there was an in-person meeting that took about 2 to 3 hours. During the first hour of the in-person, I got a tour of the office and met some people briefly. I also had the chance to ask more questions to my potential manager and they answered any questions I had. It felt very conversational. After that, I met the team I would be working with directly. It was very casual, just a chance to get to know each other.

I applied online and then a recruiter from Talent Acquisition called me. She told me about the job and answered my questions. After that, I got an email with a quick personality test to complete before my Zoom interview. The regional manager then interviewed me via Zoom. We talked about my past jobs and what I'm looking for. Next, I went to the studio to meet a sales associate and the current laser specialist. I got a tour and they answered my questions. The regional manager called me afterwards to see how I felt about the visit and then he called the studio. I got an offer the very next day! I'm so excited to start. Everyone I talked to was really nice and welcoming.
