They asked a few questions about my current visa status and my knowledge of the IT industry. If I had some coding skills, they said they would train me to develop them further. They are mostly looking for students for their company and don't hire people without an IT background.

it was a good interview done on phone and then face to face ..people in the interview panel are very cool and friendly. learned some thing new while they were interviewing me.. i was able to answer most of their questions which they very much liked it.as i was telling the answers they were raising their questiioning standards to diffucult level. overall its a good interview experience
