The selection process had group dynamics, allowing for productive interaction among candidates. I want to highlight the manager's approach, who was extremely clear and objective in aligning expectations and job requirements. Additionally, the company shows great respect for the professional's time, offering quick and transparent feedback on the participation outcome.

I have applied to Remote Leverage for marketing roles multiple times and the experience has been consistently bad. They don’t schedule interviews, operating on a first come first served basis. I’ve waited over an hour in a meeting without any updates, which has happened before. I told them to use a scheduling tool but nothing has changed. The process is inefficient and frustrating. For some other positions, I never heard back or got any feedback even after multiple interview stages. The communication is poor and the interview structure feels disorganized and unprofessional. It’s a waste of time.

The interview process was pretty weird and, honestly, not that great from my experience. It was a group interview, which they didn't tell me about beforehand. They had over 20 candidates all together and then split us into smaller rooms. This way of doing things felt like a total waste of time. I barely got to talk about my experience or skills because most of the time was spent listening to others. It wasn't set up for them to evaluate us individually or have real conversations, so it was hard to tell what they were actually looking for. Overall, the process wasn't clear and didn't give candidates a fair chance to show what they could do.
