Got a call from a staffing agency about the job and they sent my info over. No phone screen, but I did have to do a quick assignment before they set up an interview. The interview was about 3 hours. I met with 3 people one-on-one and also gave a 30 min presentation to all of them about email campaigns I've done. Everyone was super nice and professional, made it feel more chill even though it was a long interview. They were really into Remitly's vision and it was catchy. Made me want the job, but I didn't get an offer a few days later.

The interview process was pretty smooth overall, and they seemed to be in a hurry, which was good. I completed all 5 interviews, but when it came to getting an update, I followed up about 10 days later. The talent manager said they'd get back to me the following week, but then they ghosted me for almost another two weeks with no response, which was weird. Especially since I had other opportunities I was considering and would have liked to know what was happening as I was really keen on this role.
