It was a really long interview process, with 6 rounds, each about 45 minutes. Felt like they didn't respect my time. I talked to the hiring manager and then a bunch of people from other teams I'd be working with. Honestly, about half the interviewers seemed unprepared and didn't seem to care. One person was really tired, yawned a lot. After all that, they rejected me for not having enough relevant experience, which was frustrating since it was all on my resume. Also, they posted the same job again in the US a few weeks later. Another job I applied for got canceled mid-process. Seems disorganized, like they don't know what they're looking for.

It was a great experience! They were lovely, made me feel very comfortable and never felt like I was put on the spot. First I had the interview with a recruiter and once they thought my profile matched, I was contacted the week after for a loop interview the following week. For the loop interview, I had three interviews with 3 members of the department. Before the interviews, they offered to meet up for questions in regard to the interview format. They kept in touch with me in regards to the process. In total it took about a month from the first interview to me signing the contract.

This was the worst interview experience ever. It took forever for the recruiter to respond after the initial screen. Then, they set up an interview, but on the scheduled day, no one showed up. I waited online for over two hours, and after no contact, I had to email them. Six hours later, I got a weak response saying the hiring manager was unavailable and that they would reschedule. After emailing the original recruiter again, who apologized, I learned the hiring manager had a sudden conflict. The interview was rescheduled for later that evening. Just five minutes before the new time, the hiring manager asked for a 15-minute delay. They didn't show up for almost an hour. The actual interview was rushed; the hiring manager seemed very distracted and uninterested, spending most of the time typing. They barely asked any questions and clearly hadn't read my CV, as the few questions they did ask were minor details easily found there. Then, they had to leave abruptly because they were using someone else's office. The interview, supposed to be an hour, lasted only 15 minutes. It was obvious the hiring manager wasn't interested and it was just a formality. They probably already had a preferred candidate and wasted my time with preparations and scheduled interview slots they couldn't commit to. After waiting over a week for feedback, I had to chase them again. They immediately responded saying they chose someone with more experience, which was strange given how little they interacted with me or asked about my background. There were no scenario-based or leading questions, just a quick end to the interview.
