A recruiter reached out via text and arranged an interview with the hiring manager. I met with the hiring manager in person within a week. The interview went really well, and she gave me some good feedback.

I interviewed with them in person at their HQ. The interviewers were firm and professional. I worked with a third-party recruiter and think there was some miscommunication between them, but we sorted it out. I withdrew from the process because they don't offer remote flexibility. You need to offer hybrid work in 2022 to keep up and not lose people. This is not a smart move.

I applied to a general job ad online. I sent a cover letter and resume via fax to a director. Then, I got a call about an interview for a job at a different office. On the interview day, the staff were really nice. The office vibe was chill, everyone was working. The Principal interviewed me. He went over the job stuff and we talked about how I'd fit.

Applied online and got contacted by HR. We set up a web interview with the regional manager. It was pretty standard questions for about an hour. The manager explained the company and the job well. I got an offer the next week. The whole thing took around 2-3 weeks.
