First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Remedi SeniorCare.
Pharmacy Technician
The interview was great. I did one over the phone and then another in person. I was told I would get an email that next week letting me know if I got the position or not and I got nothing. I emailed twice and called with no response. Overall it was a good interview process, I just didn't get any answers from the company.

Order Entry Clerk
It was an open interview, you sit in a room and wait to be called. Then you meet one of the hiring managers and they ask you some basic interview questions. After that, the managers pick the top 10 candidates and HR calls the finalists.
- Can you describe an instance where you had to manage a challenging customer interaction?
- What steps did you take to resolve that situation?
- What aspects of teamwork do you find frustrating?
Recruiter
I saw the job on indeed and was asked to interview with the company. I went through 3 rounds of interviews: a phone call, a zoom meeting, and an in-person group meeting. I didn't get the job, but everyone was really nice. It took about 3 weeks to hear back, and I wish I'd gotten feedback. Hope they do well.
- Tell me about the details of your past job descriptions.
IT Director
I did a phone interview first, then met face-to-face with the hiring manager. After that, they flew me out to their corporate headquarters where I spent the entire day interviewing with a mix of people including peers, customers, and people who would report to me.
- How do you manage difficult customers.
