First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Remark Acquisitions.
Management
I was thrown into a simultaneous interview which took me by surprise because they didn't mention it beforehand. They asked me about my previous employer. Then, we were put into separate rooms and asked if we thought the position would be a good fit for us. After answering, it felt like the interview part was done. There was an opportunity to ask questions, and then we said our goodbyes.
- Does our company's mission resonate with your career aspirations?
Management
The first round was a group interview with three other candidates, which was unexpected. After that, I was briefly spoken to by the host and told I passed. This first part was very short, about three minutes. The second and last interview was 40 minutes. The interviewer mostly talked about the company and the role, and asked about my background. It was pretty standard.
- What are your core leadership values?
Account Manager
So there are 3 interviews total. The first one is kinda a general overview about the company and their business. The second one digs deeper into the day-to-day responsibilities, compensation structure, travel expectations, the management training program, and team dynamics. If you make it past that, the third interview is where they offer you a spot on the team and answer any final questions you might have.
- What are your thoughts about yourself as an individual?
- How do you see yourself as a leader?
- What are your views on personal development and leadership growth?
Marketing Specialist
There were three interviews. First was a group interview, then a short one on one. Second was a one on one interview. Third was a phone interview, which is where they'd offer you the job if you passed.
- What makes you stand out from other applicants?
