First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rels Valuation.
Customer Care Representative
I went through a staffing service. We met as a group at the company. They put us in an office and told us about the company's history and what the job requires. Then the group went into individual interviews with the supervisors of each department.
- In your opinion, what constitutes excellent customer service?
- Can you share a personal experience that exemplifies positive customer service?
- Can you share a personal experience that exemplifies negative customer service?
Manager
Recruiter reached out, then had a 1:1 phone chat with the hiring manager. After that, another 1:1 with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with the director of PMO. That's it.
- Can you tell me about the data master key?
Team Lead
I applied internally for this team lead position that was being vacated by my former team lead. The process to get an interview was simple, I just asked for it. The interview was with a supervisor and they read everything from a script. It was mostly behavioral questions like 'Name a time that you took initiative on the job' and 'How could the team be improved'. I was told that I didn't get the position because I didn't show interest in advancement prior to applying for the job.
- Tell me about a time you took initiative at work.
- When considering the operations role, what do you believe is the most crucial element: procedure, customer service, or another factor, and what's your reasoning?
Appraiser
I was interviewed by the Regional Manager, who wants to add to their staff. They sought me out for this position; I didn't apply for it.
