First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reliant Rehabilitation.
Physical Therapist
The process was timely and the interviewer was easy to talk to and concerned about me. They showed great interest in finding the right fit for me and taking care of my needs or concerns. They did not waste time in moving through the process.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What attracts you to this specific type of work environment?
- Can you detail your past experience in this field?
Business Development Director
First up was a phone screening with the marketing director, who seemed really into the company. The next interviews were via zoom with some corporate people and the marketing director. One of the interviewers, who could make the hiring decision, showed up late, so I had to tell my job history story twice. Then, she left the call before we were done, and I didn't get to ask my important questions about the job.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experiences?
- Have you ever been involved in direct sales?
- What are your hobbies outside of work?
Occupational Therapist Assistant
The hiring and interview process was fast and direct. The company did offer a free TB test, but it took a long time to get done because the communication between the clinic and the recruiter wasn't very efficient. My advice is to just go ahead and pay for it yourself to save time.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- What about your weaknesses?
- Could you share your previous work history?
Occupational Therapist
I applied online and heard back from a recruiter who set up an on-site interview with the Rehab Director. The interview included a tour and introductions to other employees. It was a really nice experience.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What are your strengths?
