It was a really good, friendly process. I was able to do the interviews from home. It took about a month from start to offer. There were three interviews total with different people from the team, and each focused on different parts of the job. It was a good chance to ask questions to everyone I met.

The interview process was professional, fun, and easy. They made me feel really comfortable. I would choose to interview with them again if possible. I first had an interview with the recruiter, then two in-person interviews. After that, I was offered the job.

Had a phone chat with the recruiter first, then met the team in person. It was a simple process overall. The recruiter was super responsive and nice. I really liked the whole interview experience, especially compared to others.

About a month and a half after applying, the hiring manager called to set up interviews with the team. There were three virtual interviews, lasting about 1.5 to 2 hours in total. I had a few one-on-one interviews with team members, none of whom used their cameras during the Teams calls, which felt a bit one-sided and confusing. The interviewers were nice, and most questions weren't very technical, more general. It seemed like some interviewers repeated questions, and maybe a group interview would have been more efficient than multiple individual ones. Some information about the role, like the required on-call duties and after-hours work, contradicted what was in the job posting, which had stated it was a 40-hour position with no nights or weekends. It was also suggested that the team often works extra hours, again contrary to the posting. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but it's been months with no response. The job is still open, and I'm unsure if the delay is company-wide or specific to this team.
