First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reliance.
Logistics Manager
The interview process had 3 rounds. First, an HR Round to check basic qualifications, experience, and if I'd fit in. Then, the Team Manager Round where they looked at my technical skills, problem-solving, and how I'd fit with the team's goals. Lastly, the Head of Operations Round was a more strategic talk about leadership, decision-making, and future vision. The whole thing was pretty smooth and organized, but some questions were tough. I'd still say it's worth applying.

- What is your place of residence?

Intern
Applied via college recruitment. The whole process took over 3 months. I interviewed at Reliance Industries. There was a written test every year in the fall semester (August-December) for 3rd-year engineering students. It was GATE-style multiple-choice questions. Then, we were invited to Park Hotel, Calcutta for a personal interview. They asked basic questions like 'Why Reliance?'. No technical questions were asked.
- What is your motivation for applying to Reliance Industries?
