The interview process was quite difficult and there were conflicting ideas within the different teams. The panel was looking for someone with experience, but I am a fresher. I then asked if I could get an intern position to gain experience, but the panel declined.

The interview logistics were a bit disorganized. The person arranging the interview should have provided specific building number details within the campus. This caused an issue upon arrival, as the guards couldn't grant entry without a name and building number. It took some phone calls to resolve, causing a delay of about 30 minutes. I was interviewed by a panel of 7 mid-level managers in a conference room. They were seated on one side of the table, facing me. They asked questions rapidly, leaving little time to formulate answers.

To get ready for this interview, you should check out the job ad. Make a list of everything they're looking for – like personality, skills, and what you need to have done before. Then, figure out what you've got that matches those things. For each thing you're good at, remember a specific time you actually used it to get something done at work. Like, if you say you're good with people, think about a time when working with others really helped finish a project.

First, there was a telephonic interview with HR. After that, the client wants a face-to-face interview at the job location, which is Patna. They are working on a project for the Electricity Department for Bihar State.
