The interview process started with a recruiter call to go over my background and the role. After that, I had a phone screen with a hiring manager. This was followed by an onsite interview which included several rounds. I met with different team members, including engineers and product managers. We discussed my experience, technical skills, and leadership potential. There was also a system design problem and a presentation. The process concluded with a background check and an offer.

Behavioral Technical

Initially, I received a call from Reliance while I was working at another company. The first step was a telephone interview. Two days later, I had a video conference with the Sales Head of Gujarat, which lasted for an hour. Following that, I was informed about the next stage, which involved meeting with HR. I was then called to the hub office and was selected on the same day. The entire process was quite swift.
