First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reliance Communications.
Manager
The interview process started with a recruiter call to go over my background and the role. After that, I had a phone screen with a hiring manager. This was followed by an onsite interview which included several rounds. I met with different team members, including engineers and product managers. We discussed my experience, technical skills, and leadership potential. There was also a system design problem and a presentation. The process concluded with a background check and an offer.
