The interview process was really smooth, sophisticated, and easy to get through. It was also inspiring. They have a quantitative and qualitative knowledge test to assess candidates holistically, which is great and comforting. I was very happy with how it all went.

So, the hiring process starts with a quick chat, usually over the phone or video, to see if you're basically qualified and if you'd fit in. Then, you'll have a few more interviews with the managers and the team. They'll ask you all sorts of questions, like technical stuff, how you'd handle situations, and your past experiences, to check your skills and how you solve problems. Sometimes, they might give you a task or a case study related to the job. All through this, they're looking at how you communicate, if you'd vibe with the team, and your potential. Near the end, they usually check your references and have a final chat about the offer and when you'd start. If everything goes well, they'll offer you the job.

Behavioral Presentation

This was a really smooth and supportive interview experience, one of the best I've had. The interviewers were professional and friendly, and the hiring manager asked good questions. I got quick updates on my application status, which was great. HR was also responsive and clear about what's next. The whole process was easy and not stressful. I felt informed and supported and I'm really looking forward to joining this efficient and professional team.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved 4 rounds, with 2 of those being in-person and 4 online tests. The whole thing was rushed within 2 weeks, and I felt pressured to hurry for each stage. I was supposed to meet the CEO, but someone else ended up interviewing me. The HR head came off as sexist and unprofessional, saying some really weird stuff after one interview, which made me realize I didn't want to work for his team. Throughout the interviews, they kept saying 'we are Reliance, we have a lot of money,' but then their offer was way below market. The HR head tried to be clever again, but I turned it down. Happy I dodged that toxic and mediocre functional head.
