I had two phone screens, one with the recruiter and another with the VP of Engineering. After that, there was a virtual technical session with another mechanical engineer. For the on-site interview, I had to design a mechanism and then present it. I was also asked other technical and systems design problems. The process was pretty fun overall, though I spent more time than I should have on the mechanism design.
