First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reliable Heating & Air.
Customer Service Assistant Manager
I interviewed with the Head of HR, the Director of Customer Service, and the Customer Service Manager. It was a long interview, but very light-hearted and enjoyable. I felt comfortable the entire time and knew just from the interview that, if given the position, I was going to enjoy working for these people. There was not a lot of pressure in the room and I felt like through the interview, they were really trying to get to know me as a person as well as what kind of employee I would be. Best interview I have ever gone to.
- What is it about working in customer service that you enjoy?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was straightforward. I completed an application, and on the same day, I spoke with someone about the job details and the company. The managers also got to know me and my strengths.

Customer Service Representative
I went in and filled out my application and was lucky enough to have a manager there who liked what he saw and we had almost a "mini interview". I obtained an interview the same week with the next person I needed to speak to and then I went to take my drug test and they did background check and I was hired on.
- How well can you handle multitasking?
- Can you describe your customer service skills and past experience?
- What is your level of computer knowledge?
