First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RELEX Solutions.
Software Engineer
I applied online and then got an email from the recruiter asking about my availability for a call. I gave them a timeframe, but they ended up calling later in the day when I wasn't available. After that, I had a culture fit interview with the team, who seemed really nice despite the company appearing disorganized. They said they'd let me know either way, but it's been two weeks with no update. The whole recruitment process felt unorganized and chaotic, and the recruiter's unprofessionalism was a turn-off.

It was a pretty long process. They got back to me after a couple of weeks. First, there was an interview about my motivation and if I was a good fit. Then, a second round with more technical questions, where I met with an engineer and an architect. The vibe was pretty chill, but honestly, it felt a bit unprofessional to me (one of them was lounging on a sofa in sweatpants). After that, I had a department-specific take-home assignment that I had to complete and submit. This was followed by a call to discuss the assignment and do a code walk-through. The assignment itself was cool, but it just made the whole process even longer. Finally, I had a call with HR where they made an offer. The whole thing took over a month from the initial interview. Everyone was really nice, but I probably would have taken the first other offer I got, not just because of the lengthy process but also due to some strange and inconsistent communication. 2021 was a tough year with COVID, though. I also have to mention that they didn't seem to pay much attention to my CV, which makes me wonder if they even read it - there were some interesting things we could have discussed, but oh well.

It was two rounds of interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, covering behavioral aspects and project experience. The second was a two-hour technical interview. I got the offer about two weeks after the final interview. The entire process took around 1.5 months.
