4 stages: first is HR interview with standard questions about motivation, current job, etc. Second is an assignment task, which is a form that auto-saves drafts. Third is a tech interview to discuss the task. Fourth is a final interview with the hiring manager.

So I applied online on LinkedIn, and the whole thing took about 3 weeks. It started with a quick Skype screening call. After that, they sent me a technical task to complete. Once they reviewed that, I got an email to schedule a technical interview with two backend developers, which was about half an hour. Then, two days later, they set up a face-to-face interview that lasted about 2-3 hours. It kicked off with the backend team lead, then I met with two management folks, and finished up with two more developers.

I sent in my application online and heard back from HR within a week for an introductory call. It was a standard call to see if I'd be a good fit and for me to learn more about the company. Next, I was sent an assignment which I completed and sent back after 5 days. There was a bit of a mix-up when HR sent me another candidate's solution by mistake, but it was sorted out quickly. Even though I didn't get the job, I asked for more specific technical feedback, and HR passed along the tech team's thoughts, which I was pretty happy with.

So first, there's an HR screening. Then, they give you a coding test. I did really well on my test, matching their requirements, and even had my seniors check my code before I sent it. The test had only two lines of questions, so you have to make a lot of assumptions, and your assumptions need to match theirs to move on. I included comments in my code, but I still got a rejection email after a week.
