Amazing process and very cool company. I interviewed with the manager at the Fort Lauderdale location and the Miami location. Very nice people and very nice owners.

I applied online and got a call a few days later. Then I had a short phone interview and they asked me to come in for an in-person interview with one of the area managers. It went well, so they asked me for a second interview. Then a third, with different people each time. A few days after that, I got called for a fourth interview. Honestly, I was getting pretty annoyed by then, but I really wanted the job and was curious. I've never had so many interviews for one position before. The final interview, the fourth one, was with two people I'd already met. They mainly wanted to know why I was let go from a previous job. When I explained the situation, which was out of my control, that was it. I never heard back, not even an email. Such a waste of time and money.

It was a pretty straightforward process. They asked typical questions. We talked about my previous job responsibilities and how they'd fit with the Relax The Back brand. I was asked if I was familiar with the franchise business model. I confirmed my willingness to travel to stores nationwide. We discussed my experience working with external agencies and vendors. They mentioned it's a small team, so I was asked if I'd be comfortable with tasks outside of marketing. They also noted that the job might require more than 40 hours a week.
