Technical Behavioral

It was a two-stage technical interview process. The first interview lasted 30 minutes, and the second was 45 minutes, both one-on-one. They asked standard intro questions like 'tell me more about yourself' and wanted me to discuss a project from my resume. Technical questions covered structural analysis and open-ended design topics. There weren't any behavioral questions, but it was important to know my resume well and be able to talk about past experiences. The interviewers were really nice and approachable, which made it a good experience.

The interview was pretty thorough and more about what I want from a company than what's on my resume. There was a technical question that was phrased to make me doubt myself, but I got it right in the end.
