First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RejuvenX.
Sales Representative
Had one call, was expecting to go to a face-to-face. The recruiter seemed like they would keep me updated, but they never did. They're possibly looking for new upper management and maybe needed a change.
- How do you plan out your sales territory?
Sales Manager
The hiring process for this role felt a bit disorganized, as if they weren't sure what they were looking for. The whole thing took about 2-3 weeks in 2024. There were three interviews in total. First, a call with the recruiter. Then, a conversation with what I think was a part owner of the business, both of which were virtual. Finally, an in-person meeting. The questions were pretty straightforward, which suited my 5+ years of experience managing field sales teams. I made it to the finalist stage but didn't get an offer. It was a bit jarring to receive an automated rejection after such a personal process, especially since this position has been open for ages. They seem to repost it, tweak the salary, and restart the interviews periodically. It's strange they haven't found anyone suitable over the years, or perhaps people leave quickly and the cycle begins again. This suggests underlying issues with the company rather than a lack of qualified candidates.
- How would you handle a situation where you need to manage a salesperson who isn't meeting their performance targets?
Director of Revenue Operations
The interview process was extremely tedious, more of a probing and drilling. Most questions were ridiculously hypothetical with many scenarios as possible results. Questions were broad and didn't reflect my actual experience of over 30 years in the industry.
- How would you handle employees not getting along?
Chiropractor
I had an initial conversation with HR, followed by two more interviews with the clinic director. Everything was done via Zoom because I was living out of state. The whole process was smooth, and they kept me informed between each step.
- Can you describe your present job responsibilities?
