Started with an on-campus interview. Then had an in-person interview with 6 different people, lasting about 4 hours. After that, there was lunch, a tour of the facilities, and dinner with the recruiting committee. A writing sample is required for the application. They were really nice and open about the different career paths available.

I went through two rounds of interviews. First, I met with my direct administrative supervisors, then I had a meeting with the attorneys I would be supporting. It felt pretty informal. They gave me a clear picture of my potential duties and were upfront about any concerns they had about me, allowing me to respond to them.

You meet with several partners (between 4-6). it also includes a lunch. Ask probing questions about the firm culture. It is important to see if they firm is a fit for you as the culture is neither laid back nor diverse. Additionally, don't burn out when you get the position. Take as little assignments as possible and the less complicated the better. If you enthusiastically take on difficult assignments and take on a lot, it may work to your disadvantage (not saying its right).
