Two managers had a list of questions and took turns asking them while noting down the key parts of applicant responses. It was pretty basic, but it worked and gave them the info they needed. They were only hiring from within for these jobs, which is pretty common. Getting any job at REI can be good, even if it's not your top choice, to see internal postings. There were 7 people applying for 5 openings, so it wasn't super competitive. I just needed to be better than two other candidates.
