Retail Specialist
You recorded three videos of yourself answering questions, with three tries for each. I'm not the biggest fan of one-way recorded videos, but it's not the absolute worst. You get to take your time to plan out what you want to say.
- Tell me about yourself and why you're interested in this role.
Cashier
This is a standard mid-level job assessment with typical questions. Be prepared to discuss hiking or other outdoor activities. They need to know that you understand who they are and what they sell.
- Tell me about your favorite outdoor activity.
Store Specialist
It was a video interview, with 6 questions in total. 4 were recorded video questions and 2 were questionnaire. You had 30 seconds to read the prompt, and then the recording would start. You got 3 tries to record your video answers and you got to pick the best one out of the three to submit. Hiring Managers don’t see any of the other takes.
