First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rehab Medical.
Collections Manager
It was a really strange interview process. I had two rounds. During the second round, they mentioned an orientation date and seemed to be really trying to sell the job to me. A week later, I got a standard rejection email, and they re-posted the job. I reached out to the talent manager about other insurance roles, they asked for my availability, I gave it, and then I heard nothing back.
- Can you describe your management style?
Medical Sales Representative
The interview process was super smooth and I didn't have any issues. They got straight to the point and I met with higher-ups right after the first interview. The whole thing was about three interviews before they offered me the job.
- Would you say you are more of a "hunter" or a "farmer" type of salesperson?
Medical Insurance Collector
The interview process was very thorough, and they asked specific questions related to the position. The interviewer also assessed my motivation and attitude to see if the position was a good fit for me. I prepared for the interview to make sure I had the knowledge and insights for the position, and I'm glad I did.
- Why are you interested in working for Rehab Medical?
Medical Sales Representative
I went through four interview rounds for this job, and two of them were in person. Everything moved really quickly; they scheduled the next interview just a few days after the previous one. The people I met were all really nice, but then I got totally ghosted after my last interview. They even reposted the job opening a few hours after they were supposed to give me their decision. Since I had to take time off work for this process, especially for the two onsite interviews, I was pretty bummed out to not even get a rejection email or any kind of response to my follow-up messages. I only found out they decided not to move forward with me when I saw the job relisted. It was unexpected because the people were so pleasant during the interviews.
