The interview process was quite thorough. Initially, I applied for an administrative assistant role. However, my resume was forwarded to the recruiting department, as they believed I'd be a better fit for a recruiter position. I ended up interviewing with the whole recruiting team, which turned out to be a great decision. The final interview was with the supervisor, and I received a job offer the very next day.

I got reached out by the recruiter who was pretty unprofessional, showing up late to our scheduled interviews. Then, the department head mentioned the recruiter hadn't passed along my info, requiring her to chase him for it due to some internal management mix-up. Once I finally connected with the department head, I did an assessment test and then a brief sit-down interview, under 30 minutes. They focused more on my test results and whether I'd mesh with the other artists than my previous work or personality. I received a job offer the following day.

It was a phone call where they asked if I was okay with commission only, and if I understood the one stop sales process. They also inquired about whether I had a car, computer, laptop, and smartphone. Additionally, they asked if I was comfortable making a high volume of phone calls to secure appointments.
