You apply on their website and if you're lucky, you'll get a call for an interview. The staff will give you a form to practice filling out an incident report and an application for leave. After that, the clinical manager will ask you some scenario-based questions.

The interview process included introducing yourself, describing your personal values, work ethic, and skills. You were asked about why you want to work in aged care, and questions regarding infection control and procedures. Finally, you were asked how to handle escalation of behaviours by residents.

Communications Role
It was supposed to be a phone interview and a second interview with the manager, but they added 3 more steps: a writing test at their office, an interview with the senior manager, and finally one with someone from the executive team.
